Jeff Stidham is the Managing Partner of Lexington, Kentucky-based real estate advisory firm Landform Development Consultants. Jeff has been actively involved in commercial real estate development, finance and brokerage for 35 years.

Jeff enjoys a reputation as a skillful development consultant. He served most recently as a Managing Director of Greystone Real Estate Advisors, where he completed numerous high-profile mixed-use development projects in Kentucky.

Prior to Greystone, Jeff was a Partner and Vice President of Dallas-based KDC Development and Investments, a Development Partner with Tulsa-based Property Company of America, and an investment sales broker with the Washington DC office of CBRE.

Jeff has been consistently ranked as a leader and top producer within the commercial real estate community. His prestigious client list includes numerous Fortune 500 companies as well as many well-known national, regional and local developers.

Justin Stevens

Professional Background

Justin Stevens is a Partner for Lexington, Kentucky-based real estate advisory firm, Landform Development Consultants. Mr. Stevens relies on his over 13-years of experience as real estate broker, appraiser, and analyst to lead the team in developing detailed project underwriting and valuations. 

Mr. Stevens has also spent several years working at an international real estate investment company where he handled acquisitions, dispositions, as well as project and asset management. Mr. Stevens is currently a co-managing partner of a small private equity company that acquires both real estate and interest in operating companies.

Most recent projects include forming syndications to purchase various real estate assets, launching a real estate investment fund, and acting as the executive in charge of the acquisition, finance, and redevelopment of a 500-unit master planned community located in southern Spain.

Clay Brumley

Clay Brumley is an Analyst for Lexington, Kentucky-based real estate advisory firm, Landform Development Consultants. Mr. Brumley assists the Landform team in marketing, research, and data analysis.

Mr. Brumley is a life-long Lexington resident and a graduate from University of Kentucky Gatton College of Business and Economics with a BBA in Management. He is experienced in both property management and marketing.
